Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from The Mends Edit. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

We describe and photograph every item as accurately as we can, but colours can look slightly different on screens, and handmade or glazed pieces vary a little from one to the next.

Prices

Prices are in Ghana cedis (GH₵) and [include / exclude] VAT. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay. If we list an item at the wrong price by mistake, we’ll contact you before sending it and you can cancel for a full refund.

Your order

• Mobile Money and card orders are confirmed once your payment goes through.
• Pay-on-delivery orders are confirmed when you place them, and we may call to check details.
• Items are held for you while you pay. If an online payment isn’t completed within 30 minutes, the order is released.
• If something sells out or can’t be delivered after you’ve paid, we’ll tell you and refund you in full.

Payment

Online payments are processed securely by Paystack: MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash, AT Money, Visa and Mastercard. Pay on delivery (cash or MoMo to the rider) is available in Greater Accra.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery times, fees, returns and how refunds work are set out on our delivery & returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Ghanaian consumer law.

How we use your details is explained in our privacy policy.

Liability

We’re responsible for delivering what you ordered in the condition described. We’re not liable for losses we couldn’t reasonably foresee, or for delays caused by events outside our control.
