Delivery

• Standard: Accra 1–2 days · regions 2–4 days. GH₵ 35.00.
• Same-day (Accra): Order before 12 noon. GH₵ 60.00.
• Pick up: [Shop address], Accra. Free.

Accra and Tema: 1–2 working days. Kumasi, Takoradi and other regions: 2–4 working days. The exact fee is shown at checkout before you pay, and the rider calls before arriving.

Pay on delivery (cash or MoMo to the rider) is available in Greater Accra.

Returns

• You can return most items within [Return window] days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging.

• If an item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within [48 hours] and we’ll cover the return.

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number (it starts with ME-).

Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked the item, we refund to your original payment method: Mobile Money or card through Paystack, or MoMo for pay-on-delivery orders. Refunds are usually sent within [number] working days.
